$ 60 for brief consultation (20-25 minutes)
$120 per 45 minute session
Insurance
I can not disclose any information about you, including that you are a client or that we talked without your written authorization (except for unusual legal circumstances defined in the laws of confidentiality). Medical insurance only covers treatment for diagnosed behavioral health problems. Many clients do not want their health insurance companies to know about psychotherapy, and that is your right. If you prefer to seek reimbursement from an insurance company, I can help you file with your benefits plan.
In order to use health benefits, we need to know the answers to the following questions
- Do you have mental health benefits?
- What is your deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does your plan cover?
- How much does your plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is your co-payment amount per session?
- Is pre-authorization and a treatment plan required to access benefits?
Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards accepted for payment. I will take your payment before your session begins so that we can concentrate on your therapy during the time you have scheduled. If you want to pay with credit card, click on the make a payment tab for secure online payment before your session.
Cancellation Policy
I you have to cancel an appointment, please call me 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
